How information is handled.

Effective October 2, 2026

Information you choose to provide

If you contact Relawcation through the website form or by telephone, the firm may receive your name, contact details, location, immigration objective, message, and any information you choose to send. Do not send sensitive identifiers or confidential records before the firm confirms how they should be transmitted.

Form processing

Website-form submissions are processed by Formspree for delivery to the firm. Formspree may process the information entered in the form and technical data associated with the submission according to its own privacy practices.

Analytics and technical information

Relawcation uses Google Analytics to measure visits, page use, successful contact-form submissions, and telephone-link selections. Analytics data is used to understand site performance and does not include the name, email address, telephone number, case summary, or other information entered in the contact form. Website, form, analytics, and hosting providers may also process ordinary technical data such as IP address, device and browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs.

How information may be used

Information may be used to respond to inquiries, screen for conflicts, evaluate whether the firm can accept a matter, provide legal services after engagement, measure website performance, protect the site, and comply with legal or professional obligations.

No representation through contact

Sending information does not create an attorney-client relationship. Do not assume that information is protected as client communication until the firm accepts the matter and confirms representation.

Service providers and legal requirements

Information may be handled by providers supporting forms, email, analytics, hosting, security, and professional operations. It may also be disclosed when required by law, court order, or applicable professional duties.

Questions

Privacy questions may be submitted through the contact form.
